Andrey Strutinskiy has been Of Counsel to the firm focusing on Consumer Fraud class action and Civil commercial litigation.  A first generation immigrant from Ukraine, he graduated from Tulane Law School with a Masters in Law in 2003.

Mr. Strutinskiy is admitted to the bar in Ukraine (1999), and in New York (2004).  He has been actively involved in several cases concerning consumer protection litigation, primarily in the New York Supreme Court and the United States District Court for Southern District of New York.
